One of several multi-axis machining centres on our Gosport shop floor, the C22U is part of Hermle’s high-performance line and fully fitted out to handle the most technical jobs.

This is a flexible machine that we’ve used for a huge range of 5-axis milling, from automotive parts to components for use in medical technology. It’s also in regular use to produce thermoforming mould tools.

Automation means that we can produce the best quality parts quickly and efficiently. Our C22U is equipped with the Erowa Compact 80 Pallet Loader – a small robot with a big impact on our production times. This makes fast work of even the biggest batch production jobs, so we can deliver the highest quality precision components at a low price.
