The LB3000 EX II is built on Okuma’s Thermo-Friendly Concept to ensure minimal thermal growth. The slanted box bed construction lends quality and rigidity to this capable CNC turning machine.
Equipped with a high-power, high-torque PREX motor, this machine delivers high-quality machining from heavy- to high-speed cutting. The operator-friendly, open-architecture OSP-P control makes this machine not only easy to operate, but also to integrate with other peripheral equipment.
Our LB3000, based in our Hampshire precision engineering shop, is equipped with the IEMCA Kid 80 magazine bar loader, so that it can load bars automatically, speeding up production and delivering the best quality components quickly and affordably.
We’ve used this machine for high-volume batch production of components for a range of industries, including the production of mould and die tools.
