Optical Measuring machine
This Vicivision Prima 306 clamps turned parts in the same way as a lathe, helping us to take accurate measurements very quickly. We’ve set this up so we can take measurements right on the shop floor and make any adjustments at the earliest possible stage.
The Prima 306 allow us to take hundreds of measurements from parts produced in our CNC turning section in a few seconds and stores the digital data from these measurements so that we can revisit them throughout the production process. This helps us track quality, reduce any wastage of time or materials and keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Meticulous measurement is just one of the ways that we ensure that every precision component that leaves our Hampshire workshop is in perfect shape.
