Zoller Redomatic 600
Tool Setting System
Used as a supplementary machine – not for production.
This multi-functional machine is used for presetting, measuring and heat-shrinking tools and is fitted with a four-axis CNC control unit, autofocus, a revolving table for quick changes between tool holder type, an induction coil, tailstock and cooling system. It has been designed to shrink tools quickly and easily, to at least ± 10-micron accuracy in 35 seconds.
The Redomatic 600 is the Zoller’s higher-spec option, allowing the maximum flexibility, accuracy and speed.
